Description: French chandelier from the early 1900s in gilt bronze and crystal with thirteen lights, in excellent condition.

Made with six lights arranged on double-volute curved arms, ending with flower-shaped ormolu bobeiges surmounted by fake wooden candles and E14 fittings, the other seven lights are within elegant crystal pinnacles with French mignon fittings. Romantic and bright crystal spiers which can be unscrewed for maintenance using a brass ring nut.

The square-section bronze structure has a vertical, cage-like development, decorated with pendants and crystal elements, ending at the bottom with a large crystal ball and a pine cone-like finish, while the upper crown is decorated with lances in crystal, three of which are not original. All other crystals are original, as is the splendid gilding.

The chandelier was completely dismantled, cleaned with ammonia solution which restored the gilding to its ancient splendor and was completely re-electrified. In the images of the gallery you can see the photos before the restoration. One arm has an old repair, but this antique French chandelier, Louis XV style, is now in excellent condition.
