MCM hammered silver over brass box by Hungarian metalsmith Margit Tevan (1901-1978). The box is silver over hammered brass with an applied band of figures around outside.
Marked Tevan on the bottom.
This is ideal for any mid century modern, brutalist, or another other modern interior. A similar silver plate box is available in my Chairish store.
