It is hand signed, "From, Garry Trudeau". Mr. Trudeau formed a habit of creating comic strips and gifting personalized copies to other, whether friend's colleagues, or rivals, we might never know. What we do know, however, is that Garry Trudeau did, and still does, specialize in political and socioeconomic humor. Trudeau continues to publish his art today, however, older comic strips like this one have been discontinued from purchasing, making this vintage framed strip, a last of it's kind. It is in great condition and comes complete with hanging hardware (see photos for visual reference).
