19thC Antique French Inlaid "Oeil de boeuf" Wall Clock, circa 1880. Blue Roman numerals set upon relief cartouches edged in gilding. Beautiful inlay with several types of wood including ebony/ebonzied wood. The glass is hand blown and has characteristic striations and an air bubble. The case is hinged on the top to access winding. Includes key. There is a gong wire and hammer for striking the time. The clock was likely made in France and the retailer for this clock was Adolpho Bergemann, Malaga.
