A 1969 embossed woodblock print by Japanese artist Haku Maki (1924-2000). Titled Dance 69-2, the background of the print is black in color with a red kanji-inspired shape to the left of the composition. The work is displayed in a black frame behind a cream mat and is signed, titled and numbered 59/105 to the lower edge.
Haku Maki was a prolific Japanese artist of the 20th century. His birth name was Maejima Tadaaki but he selected the name Haku Maki in the late 1950s to go by.
