This substantial desk has four tapered and turned legs and paneled apron. The wide desktop has a leather top with embossed gold scrolling foliate pattern adorning the edges. The high back features a gallery element having bobbin turned supports, Moorish arches and frieze with carved foliate ornament, and a beveled mirror at the back. This is flanked by carved panels with fruit and vase motifs. There are three drawers on backside with round brass pulls and key. less
