Description: Very nicely shaped adjustable floor lamp model 1096 designed by Gino Sarfatti and manufactured by Arteluce, Italy 1971. Cylindrical reflector … more Very nicely shaped adjustable floor lamp model 1096 designed by Gino Sarfatti and manufactured by Arteluce, Italy 1971. Cylindrical reflector lacquered crackle caviar grey on a chrome plated adjustable stem. Base containing an ashtray on top, is in steel, lacquered as the shade in caviar crackle. Lamp is adjustable in height and has a halogen bulb as the halogen bulbs were just started to be used for lights in the early 70s. Still has a part of the Arteluce sticker on the inside of the shade. Very nice modernist floor lamp in very good condition with minor wear from age and usage. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
