The rim with pendant icicles around the circumference, the bowl engraved with a peacock over crown crest (we believe for the Harcourt family - Aubrey, Esquire, of Nuneham Park, Abingdon, and Stanton Harcourt, Eynsham, both Oxfordshire)

The base stamped 6174.

Simply a wonderful Victorian bar accessory!
