Cute Louis XV style armchair that will make any small room feel cozy and feminine.
I tend to think that it was made in the 1940s as I compare with chairs that have similar carving patterns, but it may be older (family heirloom). I am not able to identify the wood species, maybe you can tell looking at the grain and the stain color (rather blonde) on the pictures.
Condition is very good, though the upholstery needs to be clean to reveal its beauty. I find it quite delicate and unobtrusive. Please refer to my detailed notes on the condition of this chair.

Overall, the condition of the chair is very good. The wood structure is stable, scratches are somehow minor, consistent with age, and there is no leg shorter than the others. The wood is old, so you can clearly see minor gaps in the joints, but they don't compromise the structure or stability. The sewing stitches are in excellent condition and sturdy. The upholstery would need a good cleaning. It has yellowed and there are some small stains (I never asked for a professional cleaning of that chair, I assume that good results can be obtained). Some fabric fibers show up on the seat - quite minor to my opinion given the age of the item, but please refer to pictures to assess. less
