This incredible style of "stone" fiberglass chairs was originally designed for famed, Oscar winning actress Jennifer Jones who just wanted the perfect place to curl up and relax. According to the New York Times, Taylor favored "his brawny “rich Flintstones” aesthetic that clinched his celebrity and that decorators still feed on" as early as 1960." This style eventually became known as a "California look" using the indoor-outdoor living with both natural and faux materials.
