This antique Dresden Carl Thieme luncheon plat set is a stunning addition to any collection. The round scalloped shape and hand-painted floral pattern make it a beautiful piece for all occasions. Each plate measures 8 7/8” inches in diameter and has a light gloss finish.
This antique set was manufactured in Germany in 1902 and features gold gilt accents and edges, along with a reticulated pierced design along the edges. The plate is a part of the Carl Thieme product line and is a retired design. It is a decorative piece that is perfect for any antique or flower-themed collection. Hand wash only is recommended for care instructions.
One plate has some small chips on the rim in two places. Please see final two photos. A bit of spotting on the back. Please see photos. This is a gorgeous set. I have these listed as luncheon plates because that is how replacements lists the 9 inch plate in today’s society.,these would be perfect for salad or dessert as well. less
