Seems to pretty to have the cut glass facing down, but I believe it’s a serving piece. The bowl with silver rim is perfect for dip or caviar and the surrounding plate is a gorgeous backdrop for crackers, etc.

10” diameter and height is about 2.75”

Weighs nearly 4 lbs.

The silver mark is that of Wilcox and its late 19th century. Additionally there is a Wilcox acid etched mark on the glass just under one of the starbursts. less
