Pair of Cado 265 lounge chairs designed by Steen Ostergaard is also known as both the 'President' and 'Meteor' chair. Denmark, 1960s, heavily influenced by the Space age!
Injection-moulded plastic in 2 parts. The headrest section is bolted on to the lumbar.
Refinished in a high gloss white auto paint and recovered in dappled grey Kvadrat wool upholstery. These chairs are rare in both the USA and Europe.
Dimensions 37" Deep approx x 35"wide x 33"high
seat width 25" x 18.5" deep x 14" high. Seat slopes lower towards back.
