When you turn … Read more This is a gorgeous reticulated 1850-1890 brass lampshade that is so stunning and would make a room. When you turn it on the light going through the brass will be amazing. I can see this on a cloisonné lamp or just a plain black ceramic lamp and let the shade be the important piece. The design looks like water flowing with water lilies. It is all pieced together using small nails and is beautifully made, which is why it’s still here. I’ve had quite a few of these antique Chinese brass pieces and after 1890 they scratch CHINA into the brass. This has no marks. Gorgeous piece! See less
