Each iron mount is hand made, skull/antlers swing under the mount and a screw tightens at back of skull to keep the mount up. Made by Suzan Fellman for Vivre Luxury catalog. The Swarovski crystals are set in sterling fittings, hence the tarnish of the silver. Great piece for the lodge or glamorous cabin decor. See less
