The vessel has a "hammered" metal wrapped rim decorated with crisply cast art nouveau style flourishes on both sides.

Outstanding quality; excellent condition with the notation of one dragonfly lower wing tip appears to have a small bend damage? as shown last photo, or it may be a minor casting imperfection. I have examined the wing's tip with a loupe and the metal finish is consistent in the area. Mentioned for accuracy.
