Born in Rhode Island, Garbotz started out in the business world receiving his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Wright State University. He later studied art and architecture at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. After studying under several sculptors in the Midwest he began developing his unique Postmodern style. After moving to Cocoa, Florida, Garbotz founded Rockledge Design Studios. less
