It has several small cupboards and drawers, which are equally painted. I don't know what kind of wood it might be because it is all painted over. Nor do I know where or when it was made. but clearly, in this century,. The value of this piece is the incredible artwork. This writing desk is a visual delight. There are minor signs of wear consistent with its age (see photos). These are primarily small paint chips. It was initially purchased in 2016. less
