Introducing a truly unique piece, the vintage art deco clock by William Widdop est 1883. This stunning design features a vivid aluminium form, an acrylic matt burnt orange colour front and back, and a pyramid top panel. The clock's band is adorned with a geometric pattern in stylish tones, all resting on a chunky solid base. A true masterpiece of art deco design.
The quartz clock face is removable and battery-operated. It has a smart Roman numeral dial and clock branding.
Excellent vintage working condition with minimal signs of authentic patina.
Established in 1883, William Widdop is our flagship brand. It was founded as a clockmaker based in the Yorkshire town of Brighouse. The brand has long since developed into the Widdop Bingham of today, but with a strong focus on family traditions, the company continues to manufacture classic clocks as well as new, innovative designs under its flagship name.
Traditional clocks and barometers pay homage to the history and heritage of the William Widdop brand, whilst modern designs ensure the brand continues to appeal to a dynamic, contemporary society.
