The design comes from René Daemon for Villeroy & Boch called Maternité and was originally made in stoneware in 1935. This bronze version is of a later date, probably 1970s. Good condition with light patina and minor signs of wear - but very charming and elegant. The weight is 4.5kg. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
