This elegantly shaped, almost 190 year old charming commode provides two large drawers, beautifully veneered with carefully selected, mirrormatched nutwood. The beautifully arranged nutwood surface impresses with a fantastic looking grain. Delicate rounded edges combined with appealing carved slender legs on the front confer this marvelous masterpiece of a Biedermeier commode a certain kind of lightness and elegance. Artfully inlaid ebonized wooden key locks - typical for this period - additionally embellish the drawers of this perfect sized, antique Biedermeier chest of drawers/ commode.
