The striking design is marked by the red lacquered metal shade and the socket holder part in the same shade of red. The central stem/rod is in a white lacquered steel. Circular base in patinated brass with black light switch. Dome shaped brass finial is mounted on top of the red shade. The white perspex/acrylic light diffuser allows for a pleasant and soft light distribution.

The lamp is in overall good original condition. The brass parts with a beautifully developed natural patina. Minor signs of wear consistent with age and previous use. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
