There's a repaired chip on the front top edge that has been stained and sealed. There are a few small veneer chips on the top on the left side edge and have been stained and sealed. But overall the nightstand is in good original condition. The finish and brass pulls are also in nice condition. The 2 dovetailed drawers glide smoothly and the solid brass pulls are in nice condition. The top has a few minor scratches typical of use. less

The item offered is a vintage Drexel Heritage Old Continent 2-drawer nightstand. It has a mottled faux aged brown walnut finish with nice carvings on the drawer's base and front 2 corner posts. It has a scalloped top with a matchbook burl walnut veneer top. The wood of the entire piece has manufactured pin holes and dents to add to the intended aged look. The 2 dovetailed drawers have solid brass decorative pulls. The sides are arched recessed panels.
