Description: This is a quite wonderful mid to late 20th Century earthenware / glazed Ram's Head. It originates from France and … more This is a quite wonderful mid to late 20th Century earthenware / glazed Ram's Head. It originates from France and is stamped "Terres De Provence... Fait Main... France". Terres De Provence are / were prominent French pottery and clay makers. Unfortunately it has some minor / chipping / missing glaze - most prominently on the nostril. However this does distract from the item's overall aesthetic. All in all, this is a most charming piece to add to a collection or to show it off proudly at home (or even to use as a single high-end bookend!)

It measures 10 1/2" wide x 5" height x 4 1/4" depth. It weighs approximately 3lb 3oz.
