Nice serpentine shape to the front. I like the gadrooned detail along the bottom edge of the skirt. Recessed panels above and on the fronts of the legs is also a nice touch. Based on the oak secondary wood and the fine English style hand dovetails on the drawers leads me to think this was made in England although it could have been made in America as well. A handsome versatile piece of furniture that could be used in a dining room or living room or a foyer. I hate to say it but it would me a great TV stand! There is a name written in pencil on the bottom of all 3 drawers but I am not able to read it. Piece is 21 1/4" deep and 33 3/4" tall and 64 1/2" wide. Piece is in very good original condition with some light surface scratches to the top consistent with age and use. less
