This one has a hinged stick and ball top that can be lifted up and removed if desired. The stand was likely designed to hold music, magazines or newspapers. This piece has two finals on the back supports and three shelves, all with slats that can be adjusted with some effort. The stand is in good antique condition with minor nicks or scuffs to the finish. The front two supports would have had finials as well, but they are no longer present.
