Antique sterling silver wood handle fish slice server by Edward Aldridge II of London, England, circa 1765.
No monogram or engraving.
From the Georgian Era, this beautiful fish slice server features bright-cut design, including a lion on its rear legs on the back of the blade, on an ornate cut-out blade, and a koi fish on a twisted handle topped with wood.
Measures approx 12 1/2" long, 4 1/4" wide across the widest part of the blade.
Weighs approx 140.6g, 90.4dwt
Marked k (date mark for 1765), lion (indicates sterling silver purity), leopard (London city mark), EA (Edward Aldridge II hallmark used 1759-1771).
Very nice condition with minor surface scratching and light tarnish.
Item will be packaged securely and shipped US Priority Mail with insurance.
