This Really is a Absolutely Beautiful and Very Fine Quality Pair of Authentic Vintage Vienna - Austrian Bronze Figures. Circa Approx Mid 1900s. Smaller Size Figures - Each Measuring Approx 7 Inches Tall. They are Rendered the Classic Cowboy & Native American Indian in Stride on Horseback American Western Style that is Accurately Reminiscent of the Well Documented - Prolific and Noted Austrian Artist & Sculptor Carl Kauba - Born 1865 - Died 1922. Each is Hand Painted - Decorated in the Classic Early 1900s Austria Polychrome "Cold Painted" Style. Both are Mounted on a ( Matched ) Genuine Unusual Green Color & Composition Genuine Marble Base - Plinth. They Have Wonderful Attention to Detail in the Heavy Solid Cast Bronze Features. These Types of Smaller and Miniature Bronze Figures were Very Popular as "Grand Tour" Souvenir Items During the Very Early 20th Century. They Have Been and are Still to This Day Popular and Produced in Austria in the Exact Same Way Making Some of them Hard to Accurately Establish the Age. This Pair is Not Signed in Regards to the Sculptor - Artist but Each One is Stamped at the Base Behind the Horses Left Hoof "MADE IN AUSTRIA - REAL BRONZE" - Please See 10th Photograph in this Listing. Both are in Very Nice Condition with Excellent Original Patina and Color Combinations and They Display Beautifully!. Very Light Age and Use Wear - No Damage - No Repairs.
