The wood used to create this bench is reclaimed, sourced from old pillars of traditional Java Houses, from the island of Java, Indonesia. It features a burnt finish with stunning wood contours and shades that add to its charm. To achieve its black finish the wood was burnt several times and finished with a clear coat.
