Exceptional 19th Century French Provincial wall mirror is one of our favorites, with it's impressive culminating shell and foliage relief work. Superb finely carved gilded frame. This antique mirror retains its original glass, with signs of aging (known as foxing) throughout. Additionally the mirrors coating on the reverse has worn off along the bottom edge. We think this time-worn character and aging is a charming addition.
