Exquisitely detailed scenes depict two phoenix birds perched in a tree amongst flowers, leaves, and small birds. The opposite side features a single phoenix bird nestled at the base of a tree, surrounded by flowers, leaves, and birds. Colors are vibrant greens, blues, rose, yellow, and aquas on an antique white background.

These rectangular vases with handles are rare to find and even more unusual as a pair.
