This is hand painted in a floral design in beautiful fushia, green, powder blue with black highlighted with black. This is french country typical floral design. It has two small raised handles on either side. Perfect for outdoor table or inside on desk or side table filled with a seasonal floral. This is in excellent vintage condition. Signed on bottom and is about 4 inches by 3.5 inches less
