A rare pair of early 1800's gothic carved wooden chapel chairs. These are intricately carved oak and feature ornate backrests and carved details throughout. Hand stitched floral needlepoint seats atop x frame bases. They easily fold for transport or storage. Very solid and sturdy. A stunning addition to any room.

Excellent condition ~ Condition indicative of age and history ~ The needlepoint is in excellent condition ~ One chair is missing one spindle on the backrest and both have minor scuffs and wear across the tops of the backrests, including missing finials, which is not uncommon with pieces of this age ~ Happy to provide additional pics upon request
