This spectacular pendant features one pear-shaped blue topaz (21 mm x 13.5 mm) surrounded by 31 round brilliant cut diamonds and set in stunning yellow and white gold. Suspends from a beautifully detailed white and yellow gold link chain (width: 5 mm). 

Blue topaz is approx. 17.62 carats.
