Fabulous-looking and structurally sound, forged steel rectangular drinks table with 6mm glass insert. An excellent and versatile table, in or out of doors, if space is limited or for its ability to stylishly meet the need of the moment for an extra table when entertaining. Should the need arise, this beauty quickly folds up and can be tucked away into the smallest of spaces until needed again. Beautifully done open scroll work design highlights the natural beauty of forged steel in a color that is a mixture of blackened and bronzed hues with distressed undertones. The open scroll work gallery rail prevents anything from slipping off the top. Note too, the glass insert rests on corner silicone pads to prevent breakage or slippage of the glass. Note, photo 5 show the table without the glass insert and photo 6 shows the glass insert balanced on top, for context. When the table is open and expanded, it measures 22¼” x 22¼” x 14” H/W/D; when folded 24” x 22¼” x 6” H/W/D; glass insert 20½” x 12 ¼” W/D x 6mm thick; weight for both the table and glass insert 14 lbs. Both the table and glass insert are in excellent condition with minimal age-appropriate wear; structurally sound solid welds. It hails from the late 20th-century; unknown maker.
