Lavishly hand decorated in the traditional Imari palette with colours of Iron Red and Cobalt Blue with gilt on an off-white ground, each inner rim with lavish gilt and cobalt blue hand decoration, ending on spreading circular bases.

Condition: Superb condition for such early items, no wear to gilding at high points and no staining inside, possibly never used. Both bases with iron red mark for circa 1815.
