Each unmarked dish has a border of yellow half circles with green/gold swag. The rims are gilded. The center of each has a scene of Derbyshire.

Both plates are in good condition, with no chips, cracks or repairs. There is wear to the gilding and decoration, consistent with age. Typical glaze imperfections are found. Please review photos for additional description.

Pinxton produced for only a short time, from 1795 until 1813. Most of their pieces are unmarked. Pinxton dishes of this pattern can be found at the Gardiner Museum, 111 Queen’s Park, Toronto, Ontario Canada.
