Vintage French Louis XVI style oval medallion back dining chairs, upholstered in sage green mohair. Sturdy, solid wood taupe painted frames, detailed tapered legs. Finished underneath, upholstered backs with light muslin fabric over burlap. Brass nailheads throughout.
Note the upholstery is not recent and appears to be original, although not confirmed. Many of the chairs are 9/10 condition, however some are 7.5/10 with some marks to the fabric and interior upholstery in fair condition. I would suggest having the interior upholstery replaced or stabilized for comfort on some of the chairs. However, there are not any rips or holes to the mohair. Note one chair with a missing nailhead on the seat. The backs of 2-3 chairs are more distressed, with some of the muslin fabric torn, for an overall soft and elegant patina.
