Joinery in excellent condition. Fabric is free of rips, tears, bad smells. There are a few very light small spots I've tried to show in the photos. Very cleanable, we just don't trust our abilities to do it correctly. Each measures 38"H x 25.5W x 27D. Seat height is 18". less
