Gorgeous vintage Henri Lagin Fils Et Cie "pocket watch" Wall Clock marked made in Germany on back and marked Henri Lagin Fils et Cie on front. Brass with a frosted milk glass face and Roman numerals. Huge loop at top and chain for hanging. Chain measures 39 inches. Not working but a remarkable decor item. This may work and may only need a key to wind it.
