The dark brown organically shaped round base is weighted, making it sturdy. In the same color, a rod runs upwards where it bends horizontally at the top to the lamp holder to which the shade is attached. The shade is semi-circular and made of semi-transparent acrylic glass, which ensures that light enters the room in an attractive way and provides downward-directed reading light. The cord of the lamp contains the original Bakelite on/off switch, which makes it easy to switch the lamp on and off. The lamp has been carefully cleaned by us and the metal parts have been polished.
