The dressing table can serve as a chic hall … Read more Very elegantly designed dressing table from the 1960s with subtle details. The dressing table can serve as a chic hall piece in a midcentury interior. The base of the furniture consists of four tapered teak legs on which the teak top rests. The top has a beautiful flame, which has become visible again after renovation. On the left side you will find a compact drawer with a handle in which brass and wenge wood are incorporated. The drawer unit can be opened and closed smoothly and is provided with an organically shaped wooden 'wing' at the top front. The right side of the drawer has a high mirror, which has a black leather-covered trim on the left side. The matte black color contrasts beautifully with the warm tones of the teak wood. The cabinet has been professionally renovated by us in which all old wax/oil/varnish layers have been removed, after which repairs can be carried out. After sanding, the cabinet was treated with several layers of high-quality oil. Despite the age of 60 years, the cabinet is in very good condition and can be put into use immediately.
