The beautiful string inlay is so amazingly done it's been recently French polished which gives it such an amazing glow. The wood is a flamed mahogany. Especially like the delicateness of the little ball feet it's resting on. All the drawers slide effortlessly, and we clean and wax them before delivery or shipping less
