While the"honey-comb" cut glass container is unmarked - we believe it was created by Webster. Its silver top displays the "eagle" symbol used by the International Silver Company. Along with stamped hallmark reading "STERLING WM 229-L".

Measures 10" high x 3.75" diameter.
