The decanter has a gold Cristal … more This is a square Cristal D’Arques Durand decanter in the Longcharmp pattern from 1978. The decanter has a gold Cristal D’Arques Durand sticker as shown. I do not know if it is marked on the bottom yet as the bottom design is quite busy. The stopper is designed to only fit so far, which I think is a bit too loose. It has a plastic gasket on the stopper.

The decanter measures 3.25 inches across each side and it is 8 3/8 inches to the rim and 10.00 inches to the top of the stopper. Weight is three pounds, twelve ounces.

The stopper, the bottom section and the base are all cut the same. The corners are cut off and the vertical cuts are a bit soft, but neat and even.

There are no chips, cracks, or other damage. The crystal is clean and clear with no residue or scent. less
