A stunning phone! It was built to last. It's made of a high-quality, glazed ceramic featuring butterflies and flowers. The colors and detail is beautiful. It was originally sold at Phone-Boutique in New York. I believe the gold metal is brass. The handle and mouthpieces are a high-quality, heavyweight plastic. The rotary number pad spins easily and makes a gratifying sound when it spins.
