- Gorgeus vintage/antique lamp. There is a sticker on the base “fine marble base made in italy” so I assume it … more Gorgeus vintage/antique lamp. There is a sticker on the base “fine marble base made in italy” so I assume it was made in Italy but just with the power plug Eagle Electric adapted for US system. The lamp is made of metal, I assume cast iron since it’s heavy, but could be also pewter? The glaze has been scratched on several spots but that’s not noticable unless looked very closely. The lamp works well but the plug should be changed as the cable has a slight cut into it right before the plug where it bends. less
