I love researching pieces that are often misattributed! 99% of sellers are attributing these Harlequin Diamond design pieces to Albert Parvin for American of Martinsville. But, here's the deal:
This Harlequin brutalist concept was designed by Merton Gershun.

Now, compare the legs and drawer pulls on the 3-4 key Harlequin inlay lines... American of Martinsville used sculpted round wood pulls and tapered legs. And most are marked.

Now, understand that Merton also designed for Albert Distinctive Modern Furniture (Albert Parvin).

And... John Cameron Distinctive Furniture.

Finally, when you find the Harlequin inlay design with THESE legs, shown in my product pictures, we can find them with the John Cameron maker's mark. So fun to solve these mysteries! less
