- The drapes haven t been cleaned , so by personal choice you can dry cleaned or not , the panels … moreThe drapes haven t been cleaned , so by personal choice you can dry cleaned or not , the panels are sturdy and present only very minor discoloration ,very minor sun fading at edge and wear all uniformly so that makes hard to notice , for the original backing always more fragile it will present some tears , stains , and wear , for people that are used to antique textile this is not a problem and will use as is , but if you mind it might have to be change that is a fairly inexpensive and easy process , so we can consider this pair as in excellent antique condition ,please refer to pictures for coloring and condition less

- One of the best and most beautiful set we found for a very long time this pair is absolutely stunning … more One of the best and most beautiful set we found for a very long time this pair is absolutely stunning by the quality and the coloring , on a very worm and rich yellow moire silk you will find a stunning floral decor all over the border and the bottom of the drapes , numerous flowers and leaves like floating are very elegantly displayed and bring some wonderful, colors , this decor is added with the appliqué technique and is here extremely well executed , you will find also the original passementerie .Like for all castle item they have a very nice size that is 128" H on 48 " W , with also a silk yellow original backing . We have a second pair that we have listed separately because it has minor wear on one panel that some people might want to adapt, but once again all this is personal this pair is in excellent shape .From a castle in Provence we believe that pair to be from the early 1800 hundreds , Please check the other pair that is mainly usable as is as well and all our extended collection of curtains, drapes of all ages , sizes and styles in our Chairish shop at FRENCHTOUCH10 less
