Condition Notes: These were re-upholstered previously, but very recently. They do appear to have been used. I feel that the seat cushion … moreThese were re-upholstered previously, but very recently. They do appear to have been used. I feel that the seat cushion covers were slightly too large, or the cushion insert is slightly too small or not firm enough. They do have zippers so you could add more cushion or batting to your preference. The fabric is very soft and silky. No holes or tears found during inspection. The cushions are flippable. I noticed one underside of the seat cushion seems to have some small spots, which could just be from rain droplets on velvet. Structurally the chairs are excellent, sturdy, and comfortable. The swivel is smooth and has the 'return to position' feature, meaning it rotates back to starting position. less
